Simply book your appointment online by selecting either a new or established patient visit. If you need a procedure at the time of your consultation these can often be done on the same day.

We accept most major PPO insurance plans, including Medicare. Coverage varies depending on your specific plan and the type of visit.

You’re still welcome to be seen as a self-pay patient. Our out of pocket consultation fee is $145 for new patients, and $85 for established.
We can also provide an itemized receipt that you may submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

Most PPO plans do not require a referral. However we recommend checking with your insurance provider if you’re unsure.

We treat a wide range of conditions including plantar fasciitis, sports injuries, fractures, ankle sprains, ingrown toenails, fungal nails, tendonitis, flat feet, diabetic-related concerns, etc.

Yes, parking is available in the back of the building. There is also side street parking available.

Appointment time may vary depending on your condition and treatment needs. It can range from 15-30 minutes.

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes. Missed appointments or late cancellations are subject to a $50 fee.
